BABY IT’S COLD OUTSIDE

A lot of the news this week has focused on the polar vortex plunging across the Midwest dropping temps to record lows.

How cold is it?  

During a live shot AccuWeather‘s reporter Jonathan Petramala showed how his pants were frozen, minutes after being left outside.

The Polar Vortex has plunged much of the upper Midwest into below zero temperatures.

At least nine deaths have been reported in the U.S. as the deadly polar vortex with frigid Arctic temperatures slammed the Midwest and headed east on Wednesday.
