Don was a news director in many markets, including New Haven/Hartford, Ft. Wayne, Waco, and Victoria, TX, and worked in many other markets.
He began his career in radio, working in several markets.

VINCE SANDERS, one of the founders of the National Association of Black Journalists, died October 10th in Central Florida, where he moved after retiring.
He was 83 and lost a long battle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
