HOME IN GARDEN (STATE)

New Jersey is the populated state in the country per square mile.  This basically means, for such a small state geographically, it still carries a whopping 14 electoral points, putting the Garden State on an echelon with the likes of , North Carolina, Georgia and Michigan.   But unlike this trio, NJ is solid blue and predictably went that way Tuesday night.

One thing that could have taken some NEWS12 New Jersey viewers by surprise, as the results for their state came in, was that anchor Kristin Behr was reporting from home and not on set.

On November 4, News12 reported 2,472 new positive coronavirus cases were confirmed – the highest number of new cases New Jersey has seen in the last six months. The state death toll now stands at 14,591.
