WISCONSIN BROADCASTER HOSPITALIZED WITH COVID

A breakthrough case has hit a Wisconsin broadcaster.

Green Bay morning anchor on Fox 11 Pete Petoniak is now hospitalized.

Petoniak contracted COVID even though he is full vaccinated.

The station is rotating anchors until he can safely return. Powell, Justin Steinbrink and Phil DeCastro will be switching shifts to cover his absence.

He’s been out for weeks although there was no formal announcement until now.

Petoniak’s co-workers are behind him.
