BANFIELD GUEST IN UKRAINE LEAVES MID INTERVIEW: ‘I HAVE TO GO’

It was chilling to watch live.

On Monday night, Ashleigh Banfield was interviewing a member of the Ukrainian parliament who has took her ground in Kviv.

It was 4:00 a.m. at the time of the interview and Solomiia Bobrovska acknowledged that she heard the bomb sirens go off.

As the interview progressed and she told Banfield she expected the Russians to continue to attack the Capitol.

“I have to leave the interview because this shelling is so close, and I have to go to a bomb shelter. I’m sorry.”

wished her well, asked her to check in once she knew she was safe.

The producers quickly pivoted and continued on with the show.
