We told you a couple of weeks ago about longtime morning anchor Jason DeRusha’s plans to exit CBS-owned WCCO in Minneapolis to “take 
leap and try a new adventure.”
New adventure, same call letters.
He now gets to sleep in.
And he doesn’t have to wear a tie.
DeRusha will be the new afternoon drive host at WCCO…..RADIO…..starting June 27th…four days after he signs off from WCCO….TELEVISION.
But wait!!! There’s more!! He will also be doing a podcast on the station’s app.
So there’s that.
