CAROLINA ANCHOR TRADES ANCHOR DESK FOR TEACHER’S DESK
Hannah Jeffries has been reporting for Gray’s WITN in Wilmington, NC for the past seven years and only recently found herself the station’s morning anchor.
Now, she’s given it up and left the business.
Jeffries, who started at the station as an intern and climbed her way up and into the anchor chair, is joining the teaching profession.
She signed off at the station Tuesday.
She’s moving back to her hometown of Eden, NC north of Greensboro to start her new career.
