VICE PRESIDENT HARRIS SPOKESPERSON JOINS CBS NEWS

A former political spokesperson is taking that skill to TV.

Ashley Etienne, a Biden administration official, has joined CBS News as a political contributor.

Etienne, in her most recent role, was a deputy assistant to the president and communications director for Vice President Kamala Harris.

She will provide insight on all of the network’s broadcast and streaming platforms, Broadcasting & Cable reported.

“For those who know me, know that I prefer to not be in the limelight… but these times demand courage. So pray for me!!” Etienne tweeted.

Etienne’s DC background included communications director for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
