SHE’LL BE TELLING A DIFFERENT KIND OF STORY
After 15 years as a trouble-shooting investigative reporter and weekend anchor, Emily Baucum is leaving Sinclair duopoly WOAI/KABB in San Antonio, TX.
She’ll be telling a different kind of story outside of tv news when she joins The Alamo Trust, a nonprofit that is working toward preserving the history of those who lived, fought, and died at the Alamo.
Not a bad fit for a San Antonio native.

In a career that began back in 2006, while she was still an undergrad, Baucum worked as a producer and/or reporter in Lansing, MI, with CNN in Chicago, Springfield, MO and Tulsa OK before returning to her hometown in 2012.
