FORMER CHATTANOOGA ANCHOR LANDS IN NONPROFIT LAND
Greg Funderberg left Sinclair’s WHNT in Chattanooga, TN last November after a 9½ year run at the station
He also left behind the morning anchor slot he’d held
And now it appears he’s turned his back on a 21-year tv news career by taking a job as director of marketing and business development at the Urban League of Chattanooga, a position that was unfilled for more than a decade.
Over the course of his 20+ years in tv news, Funderberg worked at stations in South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama before landing in Chattanooga.
