TURNING AWAY FROM TV NEWS

For the last five and a half years, Michael Pisorski has been a video journalist with Nexstar’s WTNH in Hartford, New Haven, CT.

He spent a total of 18 years in two stints at WTIC in Hartford as a videographer and, eventually, assistant news director.

In total, Pisorski spent a little over 30 years in journalism, most of it in television with a brief journey into newspapering’s digital side.

And now he’s closed the door on that part of his life to embark on a new career course.

He’ll be supervising a corps of photographers and videographers for a real estate company.
