WCIU, Weigel Broadcasting’s CW affiliate in Chicago, known as The U, is back with a bold, fresh, fun new look, sound and feel.

The U has long been known as Chicago’s entertainment television station whether it’s laughing along with a cast of characters, losing yourself in courtroom drama or escaping in other peoples’ messy lives.

All the fan favorites like Judge Judy, Seinfeld and Judge Mathis are right where they have always been – same shows, same channel.

But starting Monday, September 9^th, a whole new prime-time lineup chock full of the stars you know and love.

Jaleel White kicks off the weeknight schedule at 7PM with the brand-new game show Flip Side, followed by Billy Gardell in the romantic comedy Bob ❤️ Abishola at 8PM and then at 9PM, it’s everybody’s favorite dysfunctional Chicago family, The Conners with John Goodman, Sara Gilbert and Laurie Metcalf.

Seinfeld continues to anchor the evening at 10PM, followed by the hilarious Modern Family at 11PM.
