Banerjee, a coach with 22 years of TV broadcasting experience, has been helping the free members of Talent Dynamics with storytelling and live on-camera performance delivery.

“We’re changing the way our news anchors connect with our viewers,” she says. “How do you make it fascinating? How do you make that viewer feel a part of the conversation?”
Many of her clients push for authenticity in the news.

She hosts virtual meetups where we have “a professional group of peers who come up with ideas together and then talk through some of those strategies.”
Banerjee says she sits down with reporters and anchors and they watch tape together, giving them advice on storytelling, on air presence and delivery.
