Access Denied Problems
If you are receiving an “access denied” message, you are either attempting to log-on from several computers simultaneously, or the system is confused by several users sharing the same computer with different passwords.
TRY THIS FIRST:
- REFRESH or RELOAD the MEMBER LOGIN page to clear all existing usernames or passwords.
- Enter your caSe SeNsitivE USERNAME and PASSWORD.
IF THAT DOESN’T WORK
- Delete Temporary Internet Files from your browser.
(Click Tools, Internet Options, Delete Temporary Internet Files) - Return to the MEMBER LOGIN page. REFRESH or RELOAD the page to clear all existing usernames or passwords.
- Enter your caSe SeNsitivE USERNAME and PASSWORD.
