David Loving has been named president and general manager at Tegna’s WOI/KCWI in Des Moines.

He spent a total of 21 years at his last station.

Loving most recently served as president and GM of Univision’s Houston operations, overseeing KXLN and KFTH, as well as four radio stations and co-owned digital properties.
