WDAF, Nexstar’s Fox affiliate in Kansas City, announces Kansas City Huddle, the fan-favorite television series that takes viewers inside the locker room of Kansas City’s beloved football team, is back for its second season starting this week, bigger and better than ever.
The season kicks off Tuesday, Aug. 26, with a live taping at Chicken N Pickle North Kansas City, featuring defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott, the team’s second-round draft pick.
Produced in partnership with FOX4 Kansas City, the show is filmed in front of a live audience at both Chicken N Pickle North Kansas City and Overland Park, then airs the same week on Thursday nights at 11:30 p.m. after FOX4 Sports Night. (Additional listing for other markets)
Hosted by FOX4’s Rob Collins, Kansas City Huddle brings fans closer to the game with candid conversations, personal stories, and insider football talk from players like Jaden Hicks, Noah Gray, Mike Pennel, and Omarr Norman-Lott, with more surprise guests throughout the season.
After a standout debut in 2024 that featured stars including Justin Reid and Justin Watson, the show returns in 2025 with 11 episodes, delivering even more behind-the-scenes access fans can’t get anywhere else.

“The show had such a great run in its first season and was so popular among fans,” said Brian Lammi, founder and CEO of TEAM LAMMI, the show’s producer. “We’re thrilled to bring it back bigger than ever, with stories and moments fans won’t find anywhere else.”
TEAM LAMMI, a national sports marketing agency with 25+ years of experience, partners with FOX4 to bring the series to life.
WDAF-TV, FOX4 leads production and distribution, while TEAM LAMMI secures top players, creates live taping experiences, and expands syndication across regional markets, including Topeka, Springfield, Joplin, Sioux Falls, and Des Moines.
Former Chiefs Super Bowl Champion Gehrig Dieter, now with Chicken N Pickle, added:
“The atmosphere during tapings is electric. It’s an unforgettable experience for fans.”
