A longtime Dayton, OH reporter is ready to find out what life is like after tv news and in an unplugged social media world.

Rhonda Moore left Sinclair’s WKEF-WRGT at the end of last week, after more than 20 years in front of the camera.

She’s also swearing off watching the medium that up til now has been putting food on the table.

“This is new for me. I have lived the news for 25-plus years,” Moore said. “I am going to be so oblivious. I need a break. What better time to take a break than during the winter?”

While she’s not ruling out a return to tv news, she wants to take to see what else is out there that she might like better.
