OUT IN INDY

The GM of Nexstar’s Indianapolis duopoly WXIN/WTTV in Indianapolis is the latest new Nexstar GM to leave.

Jamie Aiken said it was his decision to “spend more time with family,” and came just 2 weeks after the Tribune buy-out, and the same day corporate executives were in town.

He leaves November 1.

Aiken is a former GM for KDAF in Dallas, KASW in Phoenix, KREM in Spokane, and was GM for the now defunct Texas Cable News.

He began his career in print.
