NBC News will air live primetime specials about the coronavirus pandemic Tuesdays at 10 p.m. beginning tomorrow night.

The one-hour specials will air on NBC, MSNBC and NBC News Now and is planned for three consecutive weeks.

Scripps’ KSHB  in Kansas City, is finding and sharing the stories of people helping each other through the coronavirus.

It’s part of a campaign called We See You, that recognizes and honors those who are making contributions to others.


Meredith’s WGCL in Atlanta, GA has two employees who have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

Both are said to be at home in isolation and doing well.

The station is doing regular deep cleaning of the facilities while working with reduced staff in-house.

For the moment, jobs are being saved at the Beeb as BBC News has suspended plans to cut 450 jobs as it faces the demands of covering the coronavirus pandemic.

The job losses were announced in January and were part of a plan to complete a £80m savings target by 2022.
