The Scripps owned station in Baltimore, WMAR (ABC) is turning a reality show idea into reality for a school geared at helping special needs kids.

St. Elizabeth School serves students with many different disabilities and students from 10 Maryland Counties attend.

Thanks to the WMAR Program “Built Upon a Dream” and volunteers, the school got a physical makeover valued at over $500,000.00.

Builders and Contractors have worked their magic providing a new roof, electrical systems, a kitchen, and landscaping.

The show is based on the popular show, “Extreme Home Makeover” and will air on WMAR.
