Roger Bare, the former KIAH (CW) Houston Texas general manager is on the move.
He’s headed to the Art Colony Association, INC. (ACA) to be Executive Director.
The Houston nonprofit group produces the Bayou City Art Festivals.
Back in 2018 Bare started thee Tephra Agency in February 2018 which focused on B2B and B2C clients.
Most of his career has been in media.
Most recently working as Vice-President and GM of Tribune-owned KIAH.
He also helped launch KDAF (CW)‘s Newsfix and Morning Does in Dallas, Texas.
Bare worked at KIAH in various capacities for more than 24 years, serving as General Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and an Account Executive.
Tribune announced last week it was closing operations of both by October.
