“I AM READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE AND A NEW ADVENTURE”
The end of the May sweeps will be especially sweet for one news director.
The outcome of the book doesn’t matter to KSHB news director Carrie Hoffman.
She’s gone from the Scripps Kansas City, MO. station and planning to take the summer off with her family before looking for her next new adventure.
Hoffman told her staff she’s leaving Thursday: here’s the note she sent explaining her reasons.
She’s been ND for the station for more than six years, and has worked in a number of other markets, including Denver, Phoenix, Charlotte and Milwaukee.
Her last day is June 2nd.
Good luck on that new adventure.
