NET NEUTRALITY’S LAST GASP?

It has a snowball’s chance in hell of getting through the Senate but yeah, we’ll play along and cheer the House passage of a bill designed to restore Net Neutrality.

There. Cheer over.

The Senate Republican leadership has already pronounced the deal DOA in that chamber and the Office of Management and Budget is recommending a White House veto should, by some miracle, it manage to slip past the McConnell-McCarthy-Thune triad in the Senate.

Even hard-core net neutrality activists at Fight for the Future, which has been pushing hard for the bill, were talking about the next fight.
