MAKING A MOVE?

Rumors are swirling around the District of Columbia that the NBC News Washington bureau will soon be moving out of its longtime home at 4001 Nebraska Avenue and moving into the MSNBC/CNBC/SkyNews bureau located near the US Capitol.

For years the network bureau shared the facility with O&O WRC.

For now,  WRC appears to be staying in Northwest, but you have to wonder how long.

The current location is a large, prime piece of real estate in a very expensive location – a tempting cash source if Comcast is looking to streamline and pick up some cash in the process.
