FAMILIAR FACE, NEW PLACE
Gray’s WIS in Columbia, S.C., has brought back Alicia Barnes, a year after she left competitor WOLO, a Bahakel property.
She will be the weekend evening anchor and weekday reporter.
She’d been at WOLO for ten years and won several hunks of metal before leaving last year.
And she promises, via social media, that she’s “opening up about my struggle to start a family….the heartbreak of losing a child…and the REAL REASON I decided to take a break from TV. It’s ALL in the May/ June issue of Columbia Living Magazine.

Barnes has done stints at stations across the country including stops at KNSD in San Diego and WXIA in Atlanta.
