A  QUICK EXIT IN ROCHESTER

And another one bites the dust.

It was just last Friday when we reported to you that veteran morning anchor Norma Holland was leaving Deerfield-owned, Sinclair-operated *winkwink* WHAM in Rochester, NY after 23 years.

Not to be outdone, Jennifer Johnson, who has been a television reporter in Rochester since 2002, announced via Twitter that her contract at WHAM ends this week and that she is “choosing to use what life has taught me and go in a new direction.”

We’re kinda wondering the life lesson she learned….

She is the OTHER morning anchor at the station and will exit tomorrow (Thursday).

And from the sound of things, she’s planning to stay in the area.

Her husband is the current Finger Lakes regional director of Empire State Development.
